Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by bat288 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of bat288, including visitors who browse without registering and registered account holders who place bets or wagers.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of bat288. bat288 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on bat288, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. bat288 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address.

bat288 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons, particularly where it suspects a user does not meet the above eligibility criteria or has provided false information.

Account Management

Each individual user is permitted to hold one (1) bat288 account only. The opening or operation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bat288 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bat288 will not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials confidential.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bat288 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. bat288 may suspend your account pending investigation.

• Accounts must not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• bat288 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any stage, including prior to processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an inactivity fee or closure at bat288's discretion, with prior notice given where practicable.
• bat288 may close or suspend accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering without prior notice and may withhold balances pending investigation.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bat288 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via a range of local payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Specific processing times and minimum or maximum transaction limits applicable to each payment method are set out on the Payment page and may be updated from time to time.

All funds deposited into your bat288 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. bat288 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.

• bat288 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bat288 accepts no liability.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance checks. bat288 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending the satisfactory completion of such checks.
• bat288 will not process withdrawals to payment methods or accounts not registered in the account holder's verified name.
• Funds deposited into a bat288 account are not held in a segregated client account. bat288 is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances.
• bat288 reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the user's payment method if it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

Bonuses & Promotions

bat288 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL and international cricket series. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed by users who meet the stated eligibility criteria for the specific promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• bat288 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• bat288 reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a user has met the conditions required to receive or retain a bonus.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets, wagers, and gaming activity on bat288 are subject to the specific game and event rules applicable at the time of play. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before placing a wager.

Bets placed on bat288 are final once confirmed. bat288 will not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of a manifest technical error attributable to bat288's systems. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, the records maintained by bat288's system shall be the definitive reference, subject to independent adjudication where applicable.

• bat288 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at odds that were clearly erroneous as a result of a technical error or pricing mistake.
• In the event of a cricket match or other sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable event rules published on the Platform.
• bat288 reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any time without notice.
• Winnings will be credited to your bat288 account balance following the settlement of the relevant event or game round.
• bat288 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any game or betting market and accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of service interruptions.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat288 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on bat288, whether using the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.

bat288 employs sophisticated fraud detection and monitoring systems. Users found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate action at bat288's sole discretion, with no obligation to provide advance notice or detailed explanation.

Intellectual Property

All content available on bat288, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive intellectual property of bat288 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from bat288 without the prior written consent of bat288.

• The bat288 name, logo, and all associated branding elements are registered or unregistered trademarks of bat288. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted by users to bat288 may be used by bat288 without restriction or compensation.

• bat288 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• bat288 shall have no liability for any damage caused by viruses, malware, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform, provided that such damage does not result from bat288's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable international gaming regulations under which bat288 operates. bat288 operates under internationally recognised online gaming compliance standards and holds the relevant licences required for its operations.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through bat288's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory body. Users waive the right to participate in any class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bat288.
